Sadly, I don't have an HD TV (yet), so I'm not able to clearly make out the text that appears when the D-Pad is pressed sideways. I can see and understand the tactical functions when the D-pad is first pressed either up or down (Opp. Wing attack, Offside Trap, etc,), but not what effect pressing the D-pad has if it is first pressed sideways (left/right).
