problem parental control FIFA

hello good, download the demo of fifa 11 and want to connect to EA servers but I need to design qe parental control, the approval to play online, from the same game I get the option of sending an e-mail to allow access but the send EA servers are not running: S qe I can do? please help this has me desperate.
