can anyone help me when i try to play with Chelsea on (kick-of) or online it either crashes or i only have five men on my team but the other side has 11. also when i tried to sub players on it would freeze or if i get a red card the game would finish.

it keeps asking me for my online pass when i go online but Ive already got my pass for free from the game manual code and Ive also tried re installing it but still nothing help please EA :)
