My FIFA Manager 09 doesn't play on Windows 7!

I have my CD of FIFA Manager for a year and i have install it three times. When I installed that for the third time it appears a message that tells me <For security reasons we don't leave you to play the game.It has already the maximum access>. How can i delete a account from EA? In the other hand it appears me another message that tells me <Wrong disc inserted. Please insert the original CD of FIFA Manager> and it is already in the drive! What can I do?
