wont let me send question/complaint in customer support

when i go to "contact us" under customer support, it does not let me send in a question, i guess because it wont let me type in what platform it is. can somebody from ea please read this and fix it cause im starting to sick of the bs going on in my easports games and the many website bugs for that matter|||I just experienced the same thing. Sounds like the IT department is slacking off during this holiday season.|||We are aware of this issue and looking in to it. It does not appear to happen to everyone, but we can recreate it on some systems.
