Avatar store not working for me

Hello. I'm unable to access the avatar store, this problem has been going on for a week. When I click on "Browse Store" under my 2d Avatar the popup window is blank white and I can't see the store or my locker room at all. I tried using different browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome) and none of them work. I also tried login on another computer and still its not working. The same happens for my brother's account so I have to assume that we're not the only ones having this problem are we ?
Everything else on the site works fine, my stats are registering correctly and my accomplishments too. Only the avatar store seems to be down or something.
If anybody can help or tell me what's wrong it would be much appreciated.
Thanks and Best Regards to all.|||Yes the same thing is happening to me when i try to access the 2D Avatar Store. I get a white window and the player hub is overlapping it. I've tried it on different browsers too. Whats up EA. :)|||Anybody get an answer from them? I have been trying and get hte same white box. I have tried 4 different browsers on my Mac, and 2 different browsers on a brand new PC with Windows 7 and IE 8, and it simply does not work.
I have had issues with EA Sprts and PS3 network help before. I cannot make purchases from the PS3 store, even though all of my information is valid. I called for help, they told me check this, check that, I did everything that they told me, and they gave me a crappy answer, "Well we can't be there to enter the information for you."
Last night, I had an issue that went unresolved by the EA Sports online help.

Can y'all still access the avatar store? because i cant.|||i phoned them up coz ive got same problem and they said it was my cache, i was like wtf no its not ive used 5 different pc's so its you ea not me, sort your crappy severs out|||It is now June 10th and I am getting that white screen as well. I hope they do something about it soon.
