Cant link my ps3 network id. Anyone who can help pleeeeaaaaasseee????????

i have created an EA account with username E-unique21 but my ps3 network id is E-unique. When i try to change my persona to E-unique it says that it has already been taken. It also said this when i originally tryed to register an EA account with my ps3 network id username. Can anyone help??????? Pleeeeaaassee...|||this is going on to all of us and ea are just happy to take our mony and do nothing about it sorry bub
