I think mullets are out of style...

....so I want to change my avatar's look. However, my 2D avatar doesn't show up anymore and I can't open the editor. GameFace also doesn't show up on my profile even though that it's my default avatar. Anyone know how to fix this? Tired of seeing this mullet on my avatar when I play EA Sports games on my XBox. I need to update it to something more modern like...a body wave or something really spikey. Help please?
