Why cant I play a game with my friend on madden?

Every time I try to connect with my Friend on Madden I send him an invite and it shows him but on his side it doesnt show me and vise a versa but I connect with my other friend just fine with no problem can anyone please help me understand why I cant connect to my other friend this is soooo frustrating.|||Hi Geechy! First, be sure that you AND your friend both have all of the appropriate ports opened for your title. You cna find the propper port info in the game manual.
